    Easy and affordable

    Product is easy to set up and use. The sound is not perfect but it's an inexpensive unit, so there will be lower sound quality than an expensive speaker, but it's a good affordable choice.

    Disappointed

    very easy to use but the volume control leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes the volume works just fine and sometimes you can turn the volume control and there is no change in the volume. If Plantronics fixed the volume issue this would be a 5 star item.
