    Disappointed, the recipe I wanted is not in it.

    Now, the book arrived very promptly. It claims to be complete but the ONE RECIPE I was looking for was not there. I was looking for the Walnut Whiskey Cake baked in ramkins, and served with whipped cream or ice cream. This recipe was on the program a few weeks ago. And yet it is not in the *Complete* recipe book. I may try a few of the other recipes but half cooked oriental food does not appeal to people our age that much. And middle eastern food, not at all.

    Excellent Cookbook

    I borrowed a copy of Christopher Kimball’s The New Home Cooking and had to have a copy of my own. The recipes are both imaginative and straightforward and the results are delicious. You will not be disappointed in this cookbook
