On their own initiative they used a smaller prepaid US postal box than I was billed for and refunded me the difference. They personally worked with me in sending the box to an address where we were spending time away from our normal home. They personally notified me when they sent the box. In return they asked me to notify them when the box arrived and if I was satisfied with their excellent service. They are terrific one of a kind ebay sellers.
