Learned after my offer was accepted that the item wasn't authentic- the listing made no indications. Buyer did msg me to make me aware of that before shipping. Shipping took longer than expected- 9 days. I was disappointed in the minimal soft packaging used for the fragile item. All of this could have been avoided if you would have checked your messages and responded to me. Shipping took longer because I was waiting on your approval before shipping the item. Communication is key!
