Good communication with the seller. What was really nice was the packaging. The decanter was bubble wrapped (small bubble type) providing 3 plus inches of padding. It was placed in the middle of a box and secured with additional 3 + inches of packing material that would not allow the decanter to shift position in the box no matter how hard the box was shaken.
