He marked the product as new with box but in the images he showed the product with one missing lipstick but did not mention it in the ad description. So be very careful before you order from him. I let this one pass because he had no return as an option. But he did the same in another Dior order and i returned it. Till now he did not send the return label, just making the process longer and a worse experience. Not recommended

As well as this the product arrived extremely early which was amazing as it was going all the way to the UK from Japan, and the packaging was very well done with lots of layers of protection. The books were as described and I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again if I have the chance. ありがとう(*^ω^*) !

The box was a little bent up, but that was definitely the result of the shipping company and not the fault of the seller.
