Ebay messed up and didnt apply my coupon, so I reached out and the seller got back to me within minutes. They were immediately willing to cancel my order and relist it so I could get my discount. They sent it out next day and it arrived within a week. Unfortunately it ended up having a flaw they didn't catch but when I told them, they immediately gave a full refund, no questions.
