Unfortunately, one mug was damaged in the shipping process but that is of no fault of the seller as they were packaged extremely well, individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then packed with other material to insulate them in the box and it was labled as fragile. Handling during the shipping process is out of control of the seller so I understand. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again as I had a great experience and am pleased
