    I ordered this BUT I needed 2 and Sturgill only had 1. I found 2 matching faucets from another eBay vendor and cancelled this order. There was no questions and the sale was cancelled promptly and credited right away. The Delta faucet price was very reasonable, especially if I could have purchased a matching pair! Good eBay sellers are measured by what they sell and at times, by what they don't!

    Shipping and wrapping of product for protection was excellent, to protect the damaged end of the box, which was described for customers to see. I have now fully charged it (19 hrs) and will try it out on the boxwoods as soon as the weather cooperates. I have a close friend who recommended the product to me and bought it at a hdw store. I am delighted to have had an opportunity to be a savy shopper thanks to the seller of the item.

    Works fine but just few choices.

    Phone works as predicted, but there are very few choices for a "landline" wall phone. I replaced the exact type of phone with this purchase. Be watchful of the batteries it requires and check them often. If the batteries leak, then your phone is no good, that's what happened to mine. Was using "copper top" batteries, which I've gone to Energizers now. Too many copper tops that have leaked.

    If you use one phone you can probably use another.

    (1) It would be better it caller ID was illuminated/lighted. (2) Disappointed that the ringer volume does no allow one to shut the ringer off. It only has has lo/med/hi but no off. The lo is not that low at all.

    Microphone echos into the earpiece

    Would not recommend. The mouthpiece (when your talking) is LOUDER than the volume from another caller. Basically when you turn the volume up to med or high to hear the caller better, your voice while talking is so friggin loud that it takes away from the call. Very distracting. Similar to the echo that happens sometimes when having a bad connection to cell/VoIP phone. Again don’t buy unless it’s your last resort. Not just the refurb either as I was able to purchase a brand new phone of this model from a local store. Both junk.

    Not completely what I wanted

    We wanted corded phones that would have a caller ID so we do not have to answer the phone when we do not know who is calling. These phones do that but the display on the handset does not light up making it incredibly difficult to see the number that is calling. You almost have to tip it to the light to see the display even when set for the most contrast. For the one we have on the wall in not well lit location we cannot see it so it is useless. For that reason alone I would not buy these again.
