I contacted the seller who insisted on replacing the stone at no extra cost to me, even though it was not their fault. They refused to let me pay for the replacement or to divide the additional cost between the both of us. After a short delay (German Customs & Excise), I received a very nice replacement gem and a truly fabulous additional gift stone. A big thank you to you for this excellent service. Highly recommended!!

Packaging was great and, the stone appears to be exactly as described. Once I have the stone re- certified with GIA I expect it to be of great value.
