Due to our head on collision and injuries, it took a while to get our car to the shop and get it back.We have had cold weather so have not gotten out as much. We had to get to medical appointments. The struts are horrible in the cold.Worse than the old struts. Spoke to my mechanic yesterday and he said if they can be returned, do so. What is the process like?
