The item wasn’t wrapped well and it was shipped in a box that’s too small. I knew that it was broken before I opened it. It’s now been over two weeks and I have yet to be refunded or receive a return label. She likely didn’t expect us to request the item be returned. Although a prepaid return label was provided, the buyer made multiple excuses to avoid sending the item back .This item has a unique serial number, making it impossible to swap with another without being caught. It’s extremely unfortunate
