Unfortunately the post office misplaced them for close to a month. However when they finally showed up, they were exactly as described. Super safe packaging. Gloves look great and are in new condo as described with tags. Great value for the gloves and they are well made. So sorry to seller that a refund claim had to be made; it was not their fault. Felt so terrible when they finally showed up.
