As for the appearance, there were a couple of small barely noticeable scratches on the phone’s screen. I know this was a used item and the value for the price was excellent, but I wish I was made aware of the scratches. But I am totally happy and pleased with this seller and the phone is in otherwise excellent condition and works perfectly. Packaging & shipping were great. Will definitely buy from them again.

Item came in great condition, but I ordered wrong phone. She sent me a Return label immediately and I shipped back. No problems whatsoever. So I am now going to purchase the correct phone from this seller. She was reliable and very easy to communicate with.
