There was confusion with the shipping (probably on the carrier's end-- it said it was delivered when it had not arrived yet), but the seller was able to clarify and resolve the confusion promptly. I would buy from them again.

The directions were minimal but only took a few minutes to figure out. The only downside was an 8-day delivery time (from California to Oregon) instead of the 2-4 day delivery time advertised. Customer service was immediate when I brought it to their attention; USPS screw-up and not Anker Outlet Store's fault.
