They wanted my PayPal details to send me the return postage amount so they could close the eBay case, and then open a case in PayPal. Escalated to eBay support, who eventually said that this sort of behaviour is not acceptable, and issued me a refund. Avoid this seller at all costs. This board was listed as a black"magentic" board, and I bought it with the intend to use it as such but it does not hold magnets on the black side. I offered to return the product but the seller offered a 15% discount instead which does not help when I cannot use the product. I also asked, on two occassions, what sort of pen I would need when wanting to write on it. The seller never responded to that.
