I have to admit I was a bit skeptical and nervous at first with the mixed reviews and showing that this seller is from China but shipped out of Walnut California. Happy buyer. The phone also arrived very well packaged; in bubble wrap and carefully packed in the box. One thing that did happen was the S-pen won't connect to the phone for air functions, but works for screen writing only. This model phone has a common issue with that so I don't fault the seller for s-pen issues. Overall I would recommend this seller and I had a great experience.
