Thank you for making this mistake hassle free for me. I was able to find the item somewhere else. Thank you for your great customer service.

Took several days for item to get shipped out when I asked for tracking information was told I would receive it. Didn’t get it for another two days and then it’s the wrong tracking number probably for somebody else’s order going to another state than mine. Item did show up and is in working order. It is not as pictured, though it had a few flaws, but it is a working part, which is much better than what we had.

Missing top panel. It took several days to receive a return label. Post Office would not accept the original box because it was too flimsy. So I had to come up with another one. The seller took their time inspecting my return and getting a refund processed. Save yourself the frustration and source another seller.
