My only complaint was concerning the shipping cost and an incorrect address, resulting in the unit being delivered 3 miles away. Unfortunately a day had passed before we discovered it's whereabouts and it sat out in the rain the entire time. The seller was helpful and apologetic and, aside from the label error, I don't hold him responsible for the condition of packaging. Once unpacked the grille was in excellent condition and a perfect fit!
