Postage a little high compared to other much larger items I have bought but was sent in a Do not Bend envelope not that that has stopped some delivery companies doing just that in the past!

Able to repair it myself but felt I ought to let the seller know. Melody responded quickly offering me a generous partial refund which I really appreciate as I was disappointed.
