I’m not sure if I received a demo or display model as the box had been opened & it was pretty battered, although the phones & components were as new, however the leads were just wrapped around themselves with no ties, the batteries were in the phone & charged with no plastic tab. These are observations not complaints, they were good value for money & as stated work fine.

My only recommendation would be to repackage the batteries; They were rattling around in the box. I haven't tried the phone yet, as I'm waiting for BT to start the service, but the phone display works as advertised, asking me to connect it to the hubBT Essential Digital Home Phone (090709) (#386801317163)
