Parcel sat at a depot for 3 days, contacted seller who redirected parcel to DPD and 2 days later I have the parcel, goods arrived in excellent condition despite their ordeal, quality parts at a quality price sold by a quality seller, I will without a doubt use them again as long as Evri aren't involved i see no further issues, if i could rate more than 5 stars I would

Not the company's fault bythe way, parcel had been posted the very next day after ordering. Contacted Ultimate styling to tell them the situation, and they promptly sent out another item by a different delivery company, and it arrived next working day. Great customer service by the guys at Ultimate, and the part was exactly as described, and just what I needed, thanks guys 👍VW T5 Rear Light 2010-2016 Twin Door Clear Tail Lamp Back Lens Passenger Side (#292409588573)
