Cycles and turns off automatically....This is great as you can set it up fill with water, start the distilling process, you get home and have a full decanter of perfectly pure distilled water!!

When I took the back off, I observed that the fan assembly was simply laying in the machine. The Seller is a great seller. They assisted me in trouble shooting and when that didn't work, they quickly sent me a return label and I was refunded the day I dropped the item off at Fedex. I highly recommend this seller. Jim H.
