She answered my questions about color and texture right away and when I won the auction, she mailed it immediately and advised me it was on the way. She packaged the beautiful shawl in such a way that it was a very small package thus, I am sure , reducing the ever rising USPS postal rates. Very reasonable rates as well. The seller refused to accept responsibility & wanted me to ship her back the 2 broken glasses. My other option was that she would give me a discount for the 2 unbroken glasses. The unbroken shot glasses were stacked inside one another & are completely inseparable. Instead of refunding me the entire cost, she threatened me w/Ebay policies.
