After receiving item, we noticed that part was modified and tried to fit which makes part not saleable anymore. Even in that situation full refund was issued. We tried to provide best service we could, but seems that some buyers purchase item with target to leave bad rating

Unfortunately it wasn't and they didn't have the right part in stock, but they gave me the correct part number that enabled me to purchase one elsewhere. Many thanks for your professionalism.
