    Doom 2016 is a blockbuster hit in everyway possible!!

    For anyone that has a PS4 recently and wants to play non-stop action that will keep you on the edge of your seat, Doom 2016 will do the trick. A reboot to the original classic lives up to the hype in every category from deep story telling to non stop action. As an OG gamer, this is in my opinion the best Doom game as of now and for the price, its an excellent deal.

    gory but well made action game.

    this is my favorite game. the gameplay compounds an open world/lead adventure well, so you have the freedom to make decisions but never feel lost. The controls are really intuitive, and the soundtrack is amazing. the game is really violent, if your the type of person who's upset with body horror or overly violent melee combat, try something else.

    Excellent title !

    Since the game arrive I just can’t stop playing it’s a very fun game ! When I was little I played this game in a pc the original doom and it was scary for me haha . But now that am older i miss the old days . 35 years old btw . But I’m a old school video games player . Happy to have this game very fun to play .

    Compelling gun play.

    It's actually a fun game, not for the relaxed player. It had my blood pressure through the roof. Going in room to room and dismantling dozens upon dozens of demon spawn had me feeling exhilarated. Not a spooky game at all, the horror is more superficially coated than dramatically themed. Take it in doses.

    A modernized version of a classic

    An enjoyable "marriage" of features from classic DOOM (many of the memorable weapons and enemies, "secrets" in the levels to be found, and the difficulty settings [both the names and also how tough combat can be]) with those of a modern shooter (grenades operate on a cooldown rather than needing to find more grenades, weapons can be upgraded, armor/ammo/health can be upgraded, updated graphics, "friendlier" falling damage). There are, of course, references to classic DOOM in the game, itself (some of the secrets have "classic DOOM" graphics inside of them). And while there is a plot, the protagonist seems to be just as bored by long "mission briefing" -style plot exposition as most shooter fans would be... which keeps it from bogging down anyone who just wants to fight demons and not worry ...
