It was in excellent condition with all parts present. It appears to be a better-quality doorbell as it has the two lights along the bottom camera. I connected to my existing doorbell wires as was the Eufy doorbell it replaced. It appears as in new condition, seems to be an excellent value with the no subscription cost. The one downside is it doesn't always record human activity.
