During calls my voice sounded garbled or muffelled for people on the other end. I went through all the normal level 1 stuff, resetting them, making sure they were on the latest firmware, swapping them out for a different pair to see if the issue persisted, which it did not, trying them out in a different device, and making sure the mics were free of debris. Soundcore replaced them, we'll see

I like the app experience. I realized these headphones were used, my phone picked up the former owner's name for them. A little isopropyl alcohol and my confidence in them is as if they were new. They look great, they sound great, they were a great value.

The camera matches the description and appears to be in good shape. There was confusion with the shipping (probably on the carrier's end-- it said it was delivered when it had not arrived yet), but the seller was able to clarify and resolve the confusion promptly.
