I actually forgot to order a power cord for Australia standards, they actually contacted me and posted one for free the same day. AAAA++++

It's only when you have problems that you really find out how good the customer service is. When I contacted the seller they promptly sent out replacement parts for me, free of charge, which fixed the problem. I initially emailed Mrcartool directly using the email address in the user manual but received no reply. However, when I contacted the seller through eBay the customer support was second to none.
