Packaging was outstanding, however part of the burl did break. Not because of packaging I think it was as handled roughly somewhere during shipping. I was able to glue the piece back together. Definitely worth the price and this seller is excellent at communication! Will definitely buy from him again!

Another nice surprise was the piece was basically finished and ready to use. The seller had immediate and pleasant communication. The included postcard of Thailand and personal note were a nice touch. It was packed very well, there is no way it could be damaged unless it fell out of the plane. Great person to do business with. Thank you.
