Headphones came in excellent condition and the appearance was very clean! I have been using them for about a week now and I absolutely love them. Thankfully I did not have to pay a full price of $300 from Amazon or even places like Target. Quality of the headphones are top-notch and the noise cancellation works like a charm.

I am very happy with my purchase and experience purchasing from best j29. My headphones arrived a week after I purchased them and they were in great condition. The price was outstanding. I saved myself near 50% of the item new with free shipping. The quality of the earphones was outstanding in basically new condition. The appearance was pristine. I couldn't be happier with the item or the transaction. I am very please with the seller and will definitely consider purchasing from them again!

The product is exactly as described. Great way to save money versus buying new. I highly recommend. It is basically new just half the price. The headphones themselves are absolutely wonderful. Noise cancelling is so much better than in-ear headphones its unbelievable. I can tune out everything and listen to all the wonderful Metal music I want.

Wonderful listening experience and useful features makes up for the disappointing microphone.
4 stars for the product simply because the microphone, which I use often, was not as great as I had hoped; nonetheless they provide a beautiful listening experience. Some of my favorite features include pairing 2 bluetooth devices at once, the programmable button and touch gestures, and the ability to listen to ambient noise by placing my palm onto the right hand side of the headphones. I bought these to replace and upgrade my old Sony Hear.on headphones and I was pleased to find that the range was much longer. Additionally, the case for these headphones has a better, more portable design. I am not an audiophile, but I do enjoy listening to music on Spotify for long periods of time and streaming movies for their full duration. WH-1000XM4 Great Sound & Cancellation, Complex Functionality Needs Work
These headphones replaced Beats studio 3 over the ear noise cancelling. The sound quality is superior to the Beats, the fit and weight are similarly good. The Sony XM4 head phones have a considerable number of options including an IOS/Andriod optimization app. I am using a apple iphone X with the most current IOS. The battery life is considerable at greater than 20 hours which compares to the 8 hours of my prior beats. The sound cancellation is far superior to the prior Beats, however, the software is always adapting to the surrounding location, movement and ambient sounds causing fluctuations in the external noise suppression causing an external noise source to randomly increase and decline in volume. This issue is primarily an issue with significant and changing external noise ... These headphones replaced Beats studio 3 over the ear noise cancelling. The touch sensitive controls on the side of the head phones works most of the time, however, I often have issues connecting to an incoming call as it will not transfer to the head phones or respond to the double tap on the touch panel. I have a Samsung smart TV with blue tooth audio connectivity and the audio will break up with the XM4 head phones at a distance of <10 ft, I have to disconnect and reconnect a couple of times to correct the problem. The head phones have over the air software updates so I'm hopeful some of the annoying issues are resolved with future updates. I don't recommend turning on the Notification and Voice Guide nor to activate the two device linking within the app. I found that when the head phones are permitted to connect to more than one device, they will automatically and when linked to two devices the head set can not be used for phone calls. Also the Speak to Chat is useless as it will shut the music off if you sing or speak while playing audio and responds to spurious external noises.

Great Headet, great seller.
Fantastic sound quality. Better than my Beyerdynamics. Get the A2DP driver that allows the LDAC codec and get the XM4 Github equalizer settings and prepare for pure bliss. The sound canceling is great. If you have any sound going, even very low sound, you can't hear anything. With just the headphones on you can barely hear voices. There are modes you can toggle with a button to allow you to use the Headphones built in mic to allow sounds to be heard. You can adjust volume by just swiping up or down on the right speaker. It connects to 2 devices cleanly. As to the seller himself. As far as I can tell these headphones are brand new. Not a single spec of dirt on them. He washed them down well and they work as advertised. They appear so new in fact I almost think this was a new return from ... Fantastic sound quality. Better than my Beyerdynamics. Well put together product
These are very good quality and something I can work with at the gym. I had read a bunch of reviews that the range wasn't good but it turns out to be excellent range. The noise cancelling is next-level and of course the sound quality is excellent. Likely if it were any better I'd not be able to tell the difference, these are very good. The last negative set of reviews I had read is that some of the features are useless but I've found that you do have to spend some time in the app to make it all work out so it learns the difference between your environment home vs. gym. After a couple tweaks in the settings everything beats my expectations on usability. These are very good quality and something I can work with at the gym. I had read a bunch of reviews that the range wasn't good but it turns out to be excellent range. The noise cancelling is next-level and of course the sound quality is excellent. Likely if it were any better I'd not be able to tell the difference, these are very good. Great sound quality and non-intrusive noise cancellation tech.
Glad I bit the bullet and bought this excellent pair of cans. They're chunky but feel light on the head and fit snugly around the ears. Sound quality is excellent as per the title, I'm no expert but this certainly feels very close to a flat response (though maybe with a little added color on the lows). Noise cancelling works well and is non-intrusive to the listening experience.
