I made a pot of rice (let it set for 15 min on warm) and the rice was cooked well and nice hot temperature. Looking straight on the front you can’t see the dent. The pot inside is scratch-free. The cooker is not faded anywhere design-wise and a nice weight. Cord is perfect. All in all I am content with my Hello Kitty rice cooker! (And YouTube fix videos…)
