Shipping only took a few days, arrived sooner that it was supposed to, by 4 days. Then when I opened the package I was so suprized to see how well they wrapped it up! I bought a very breakable item, it was fully wrapped in saran wrap then had newspaper stuffed tightly all the way around it! Then a PERSONALIZED card from them to me fell out! I would give 100 star

I did another purchased with the same item to this vendor (Steve and Susie Martin) and i was amazed the way they packed the item and it was so safe. These people are professional in this kind of business and the thank you card is an added bonus.
