Seller refuses to acknowledge his error despite photo sent to his email address . Waste of time raising dispute with ebay . As there was a partial delivery , they tend to side with Sellers ( who give them more revenue . ) Been ripped off like this before . Should have learnt the lesson of only ordering single items !

I thought a £3 refund was fair. The condescending ( never used my name, called me dear) Seller argued over £1. She also stated she was losing money on this order. I would very much doubt that statement. It was not a good experience dealing with this Seller, I will never go back.
