He was very kind to refund me the money for a wrong purchase a made before. Regarding the phone, I'm a little disappointed with its aesthetics and battery life. Description says the phone is 95% new, which I don't believe is the case. It has aesthetic details on the tips and the camera module and the battery is about 81%. I haven't found a way to set it in Spanish. But In English, Chinese characters still appears in SO an Keyboard

One of the features is the support of multiple document formats, and the conversion from one format to another. The dual SIM feature is another plus, it has really come in handy here in KSA since I recently arrive from the US. One of the unfortunate things about my puchase was the lack of the phone case, but the seller was very responsive and did offer a partial refund. Excellent communication from seller.

Now about the software, the phone came with LineageOS Android 15 and the title of the listing says Android 10 which was confusing at first but i managed to roll it back to official OxygenOS 10 but it took me a few hours. All in all there are a few flaws from the seller's point yet the value for money is great.

Though I am waiting 3-5 working days to get the refund as per ebay process I do appreciate the fast commnication on his end and the CLEAR zoomed in images and details about the item before it came.
