I was expecting to absorb the cost but this vendor issued a refund. That's kindness, because this was no fault of this vendor. My review is about the cordial and prompt communication. I purchased a lot of 3 units listed as untested, but fully guaranteed. The price was terrific, packaged like a pro, with ample bubble wrap! When I let them know one of the 3 had an issue, there was zero hesitation to make it right and make me into a customer for life! I have made many (too many?) purchases on eBay, but I have NEVER encountered this level of service! My feedback is WOW, just WOW! And Thank you!
