    Came in the box, the box had been resealed but the product itself was mounted in the original cardboard, so I imagine they just opened to check if it was genuine or not before shipping it off. It looks and feels new, which tells me that it's probably new. Works perfectly, and I've got no complaints about packing, shipping, or anything like that. Might just buy a few more now that I've moved to a phone without a headphone jack (again...)
