When I was setting them up I had to call Xplora customer service because the SIM cards were not working, apparently they had expired (who knew that could happen?). No worries, Xplora customer service provided me with a link to order a new SIM card and it was free. It should arrive in 2-4 days. I didn’t want to risk losing the item or deal with the hassle. The listing was misleading and the seller was uncooperative. I would not buy from them again.
