Here's how I got the 4 star rating. 1 - shipped the product with 3 days as advertised 2 - notified me that the package was transferred to the shipping company 3 - kept me up-to-date as much a possible in tracking down the lost package 4 - Good company dealing with bad shipping.

Item arrived undamaged and well packaged. Delivery took longer than expected and the parcel tracking was very vague and unclear, not the seller's fault, but communication was excellent from the seller and I would recommend using them again.
