    Jimi Grooves in Bold

    From the opening alien talk & space riffs, Bold as Love shows how Hendrix was transitioning from power rocker to Electric Storyteller. From the funk of 6 was 9 to the ballads Castles Made of Sand and Little Wing, Hendrix shows us he was not only guitar hero but a melodic singer-songwriter as well. Bold presages Electric Ladyland and imprints his prowess and creativeness on our psyche. Rock lost a legend who makes us wonder what would have come had he had time to make more music for our listening pleasure

    A solid collection for Hendrix fans and fans of guitar rock who want to hear one of the world's best six-string gods of all time.

    I was familiar with this album from having owned it before. The new packaging is very nice. Price is great for this title.

    What to say, it's Jimi. Ages like fine wine. Don't want to drink it every day but when I'm in the mood nothing compares to The Axis, it's bold with many notes of Love. Thank you Jimi!!!
