    I ordered 2 barebones servers at a great value and decent quality. I got 2 servers and 1 arrived damaged and when I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement. The packaging was excellent, but the shippers were too rough with it. Will order from this seller again if I get a chance to.

    Item arrived quickly and was packaged securely (top 2 shipping job in my 25+ years on eBay). Seller initially shipped incorrect item. Mistakes happen - the test of a good seller is how they respond to them. This seller did not disappoint. Communication was excellent and a fair resolution to was reached. I'd do business with them again and do not have issue with recommending them to others.

    Drives Two Additional Monitors Besides The Laptop

    A very well designed product. It has a small footprint on the desktop. All plug and play with the new Dell Laptop computer. I would have preferred the microphone and headphone / speaker jack to have been located on the back of the unit instead of the front.

    Easy interconnect of my laptop

    I enjoy having the ease of connection for my laptop. My external monitor, printer and full-size keyboard all remain in place when I do need to walk away with my laptop. This is my second Kensington SD3500v. The first one failed after about 2 years so I replaced it. Prices have come down so it was a good time. I also got the extended warranty offered by the seller.

    High-performing, cost-effective way to create a workspace for any laptop.

    Better than expected performance since it uses USB 3 ports instead of Thunderbolt. A very affordable alternative. VERY happy with this unit. Makes it convenient for our Team and family to connect their computer to any open workstation.
