This particular seller is only partially straightforward and helpful in my experience. The quality of the pictures provided was poor. My questions were not answered before the item was shipped. The painting was not completely covered in bubble wrap and I believe this was the biggest factor in the ensuing damage. No amount of bubble wrap would have helped it. The amount of weight that was put on the box labeled fragile was to much for even the hanging wire to hold and it was broken and also ripped the painting. I was never asked any questions from this buyer. I am always on ebay checking messages and trying to make sure I answer within 24 hours. Sad that Shipping does not care how they handle boxes.
