Same day as purchase I received a shipping label to send it to them. They also messaged me to get some details of what I checked and what was wrong. Once they received it within 2 days they told me what was wrong with it and sent it back along with instructions. I installed the computer last night and my truck is now charging again. Very happy with this service.

I made the purchase and was sent instructions right away. The shipping label was sent the same day. They received my ECM and acknowledged . They notified me that my voltage circuit was the issue. Sent back in a few days. Installed today, cleared codes and started car. No battery light and voltage at battery around 13.4v . Highly professional recommend seller. Would definitely use again.

I sent my ECU in and within a week got a response that the unit was working correctly and my account was credited other than a small service fee.
