I purchased the item on 1/19, which was to be delivered on 1/23, but it didn't arrive until 2/6. I don't know what happened with the shipping. However, the seller's communication was very good, and he offered to give me a partial refund for waiting so long. The item is what I was looking for and fits in my car. It's not as strong as the more expensive one on the market, but it works for me and my budget. Thank you I would buy again from this seller.

Amazing design and construction that works!
This is a very substantial, well-constructed, easy to assemble, and well-thought out feeder-pole that actually works. Previously we used several shepherds crook poles with the flaring "squirrel guard" addition to the pole. We were overrun with squirrels who easily got to the feeders. We even tried spraying with WD-40, to know avail. I reluctantly considered a pellet gun, but fortunately discovered this pole online before resorting to violence. The bottom line is-- IT WORKS! All of our feeders that previously were on three poles are now consolidated on one pole AND not a single squirrel has gotten to the feeders even though many have given it a try. Great value with all the great features of higher priced ones!
Great price and value for a great product. The arms were somewhat confusing until you watched the video and after talking to customer service!!

Finally!!
The pole is very sturdy and strong. I have 4 big bird feeders and have suet baskets and tray for the other 4 hooks. Have tried all kinds of products to discourage squirrels from raiding the bird feeder. Domes. vaseline. hanging squirrel repellent products on the tree, different kinds of bird feeders.. no success until this feeder pole with the baffle squirrel proof. I was filling the bird feeders practically every day because of the squirrels. Now once a week. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.The pole is very sturdy and strong. Great Product
Pretty easy to install. Squirels get the droppings now. They do not tear up the feeders any more seed lasts longer. Plus you can mix up what you want to hang off the feeder rods i.e. plants, hummingbird station, etc.

Sturdy, attractive, well worth the price - don't bother with the standard 1" diameter poles
I was a bit taken aback by the price of this product, but now that I've installed it, the bird feeder pole is worth every penny. The standard poles are 1" in diameter, and fitted with a 3-prong fork that you push into the ground. My old feeder pole bent with the wind, even with the prongs set into the ground as deep as possible. But this pole is 2" in diameter, made of heavier gauge metal, and is driven 18" into the ground (using the built-in auger). It is STURDY and attractive, and the squirrel baffle does seem to work very well. I had to have our landscaper install the pole into the ground - I just wasn't strong enough to generate the torque needed (and my husband was out of town). We then put some quick-curing cement at the base to further secure the pole. The birds love to perch on the ... I was a bit taken aback by the price of this product, but now that I've installed it, the bird feeder pole is worth every penny.
