I love them but...connectivity
These look, feel, fit, and sound good. I have no complaints there. This is my fourth pair of LG headsets over the last 8 years or so and I have been pleased with them. This pair only gets 3 stars because of connectivity issues I've had with them. Whenever I get far enough away from my phone for them to lose the connection these have difficulty reconnecting when I'm back in range. They take numerous tries before they reconnect and about half of the time I have to turn the headset off and back on again before they are able to successfully connect again. This is not a huge problem, it is just annoying. I didn't have this issue with previous LG headsets.These look, feel, fit, and sound good. I have no complaints there. Best Bluetooth Headset I have ever owned.
The charge on this LG headset lasts a long time. When it is turned on, it tells you if the battery is low, medium or high. Very good feature. Although I don't use it all day, I do use it every day. Other headsets I had to charge every 2 days, others every day. With this one, I charge it once or twice a week and that is if I really use it for a long time. Easy use
I’m a truck driver; and have gone through several brands and designs of hands-free earphones. Getting in and out of the truck always has been a challenge to remember or forget my devices; or they are knocked off or fall out. The LG design of around-the-neck assures that they are with me at all times without getting in the way. Sound quality is excellent. Love these!!

Good Headphones
I like these bluetooth headphones but they don't seem as well built as the LG HBS-820s I had previously. Still a good deal, nice headphones, and great battery life.

Killer Sound!
Everyone has different tastes when it comes to listening to music on the go. I have listened to all types of earbuds and headphones and LG has the best sound BY FAR! These are fantastic headsets and I am very happy with my purchase!
