The hat was shipped in its original Stetson hat box, with original documentation. However included inside was a sachet of cedar chips and spacing tape if needed. The original hat box was bubble wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box. The shipment was delayed-not by any fault of the seller-and he offered support and follow up to address any problems that might arise. Never have I received a hat that was so thoughtfully and carefully packaged as this one. This hat was sold as used, but it is in excellent condition and appears brand new. It was wrapped in a very professional manner, including a business card from the seller; and a small bag of potpourri inside the hat itself. It was very reasonably priced and arrived quickly.
