I finally received my money back from Ebay guaranteed because they wouldn’t even get back to them. Don’t buy from them! Beware. These people are just trying to scam money from these labubus. The seller still never responded, so now I am awaiting a refund. Overall, this person had no regard for the people buying their product. All the positive reviews on their profile? I have no idea where those are coming from. Worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
