Item was brand new, as pictured, security strip still in place, just as seller describes. I had no problems installing and registering the software and it's up and running great. Value was good for the money, and seller reasonably priced this for sale. If you are on the bubble about buying from this seller, don't be! From my experience I highly recommend this seller! I made the purchase and after I asked if he could change the shipping address because I wouldn’t be home when the package arrived. So he went out of his way and fixed that for me and arrived so quick. Definitely buying from on dude. Packaging came in perfect condition the nook was as described and value perfect. Imaginary is not hire it was described. No value other than total waste of time. The only positive is, after inquiring more than a week after “a shipping label was created” with no contract from this seller, I was told they could not find it and promptly refunded without having to get eBay involved. Then asked for positive feedback. Sorry, but no. As an electronics recycling facility things get moved around and turns up missing, and eBay needs to take more initiative to change this outdated policy of punishing the seller for losing a 2 year old listing. Sellers get less punishment from cancelling the order after buyer inquiry, which is obviously a negative impression for the buyer. The claim that we asked for positive feedback is misleading. Ebay reaches out to buyers automatically for a review
