The appearance of the unit was like new and it was a terrific value since I got it on auction and nobody else bid on it. There was no power cord with it but that was my fault for not reading the ad properly. I was able to get one for under $10 so all together this was a terrific value. Connected easy and now I'm like a kid at Christmas time lol. No more dropped calls/media that won't text!
