Good product so far...
I gave product 4 stars because this product does cause slight itching in my hand. But taking this helps me not be hungry and have very consistent healthy bowel movements. I bought this product to get daily vitamins because it does not have the active Niacin that makes my skin turn red. It has the niacin-amide. Its a bit expensive at the vitamin store so i suggest buying it online always but I do see the difference in my health when I take it daily.I gave product 4 stars because this product does cause slight itching in my hand. Great Vitamins
I have been taking these vitamins for about 5 years. I think they may have extra biotin in them because they do aid in keeping my skin clear and growing my hair. I am normally sensitive to diet pills and thermogenics so these help give me a small boost. I can tell a noticeable difference when I don't take them. I think these curb ny morning appetite while giving me a little energy. I don't get dry mouth or the shakes but they do work. I have taken the women's gnc multi vitamin and the vitamin shoppe brand these by far are the best. I bought a year's supply to ensure I don't run out. They're coated and fairly easy to swallow. They're the size of regular strength exedrine and tylenol (white) tablets.I have been taking these vitamins for about 5 years. TERRIFIC WOMEN'S MULTI-VITAMINS!!!
It's not easy to find a good multi-vitamin in a capsule. I try to use very few "tablets" as you only get about 40% of the nutrients shown on the label due to binders and fillers. Happy to find a product that I can get what I want with only having to take one a day, caps, at least 4 times a day, bah! Capsules are the only way you get what you want from your supplements!!! ps: this is the 2nd time I'm trying this product and very happy!It's not easy to find a good multi-vitamin in a capsule. Great Product
It helps substitute much of the nutrients that I like daily from the food the I consume. I can especially tell in my hair because less falls out daily. Also when I joined a blood drive it was a good help to keep my iron levels higher.

Excellent Supplement
I've been taking this supplement for a few years now and since I started working out again, I have to say it gives me the boost of energy I need and feeling of well being like no other vitamin I've tried. When I stop taking them, I don't feel as well. I will continue to buy this product as I know it's doing my body a world of good. Also, I rarely get sick when I take them. Superior ingredients for such a reasonably priced vitamin.
